Alexander Technique at JCC New York - In Person

I'm excited to share that I'll be be offering another in-person Alexander Technique group class at the JCC this winter! During pandemic, I taught online at the JCC, but we are now green lighted for in-person classes again. We had a great class in the fall I and I am so looking forward to continuing to work with you in-person!

In this series, you'll learn skills to release the habitual tension patterns that pull you out of alignment so you can improve your posture and move with more freedom. You will also find ease and reduce stress. Many people say that the Alexander Technique not only changes their bodies, but also provides them with an overall sense of well-being.

Each class will be focused on a specific topic and will include time to address individual needs and goals. Be prepared to observe your unhelpful habits and to discover ways to change. I will also teach you how you can perform everyday activities with more coordination and less effort in order to incorporate Alexander Technique into your daily lives.

The Alexander Technique class at JCC New York is open to the public. No experience is necessary.

Class will have limited enrollment, but there are still openings for the Winter Series.
