Alexander Technique Online Class
In this weekly Alexander Technique online course, you'll learn skills to release the habitual tension patterns that pull you out of alignment so you can improve your posture and move with more freedom. You will also find ease and reduce stress. Many people say that the Alexander Technique not only changes their bodies, but also provides them with an overall sense of well-being.
Each class will be focused on a specific topic and will include time to address individual needs and goals. Be prepared to observe your unhelpful habits, and discover ways to change. We will also teach you how you can perform everyday activities with more coordination and less effort in order to incorporate Alexander Technique into your daily lives.
This class is open to the public. No experience is necessary.
Please note: recordings of each class will be made available to registered series participants in the event that you are unable to attend or wish to review the material.
